We brewed!

We brewed our first two batches of beer at Cervecería de MateVeza on August 29. We kicked things off with my original Yerba Mate Pale Ale Recipe (with a ceremonious addition of a bottle of our first batch in 2006) and a Citra Hopped Wheat Beer. They’re making their debut this Wednesday night, 9/12/12. In addition, we’ve brewed a batch of Dry-Hopped Morpho and a Sour-Mash Small Saison that should be going on tap next week. We’ll continue to have new and exciting beers every week courtesy of our small brewing system and our thirsty customers.
